Justice Alive Foundation believes in helping its donors as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation & refund policy. Under this policy:

1. A request for cancellation of donation will be considered only if the request is made immediately after making the donation, and before the generation of the Donation Certificate.
2. If you have undertaken to give an automatic recurring donation, then you may cancel that recurring cycle any time before the donation is deducted from your account for that cycle.
