It's one time. No recurring charges.
How will I get it after purchase?
Once you purchase you will be redirected to a page for template link and an email also you will get after that just you have to click on copy. Done
Is it refundable?
As its digital product, it's not refundable. So please buy after reading carefully every feature and benefit and if in doubt, please call or email.
Can I edit the GST Rate Slab?
Yes, you can manage inventory with different GST Rate slabs. It will be populated automatically during invoice generation.
Can I edit Invoice Templates?
You can, if you have google sheet knowledge. But I would recommend consulting with you so that you don’t face any error. If you give any suggestion that is useful for others, we will be happy to give you an updated version free of cost.
Can I add my own Invoice No and Prefix?
Yes, you can. You can do it with the Settings Tab in excel sheet.
What is the security of my database?
We have no relation or connection with your data so it is only with your google drive and worksheet.
Do I need to give you any access to use this google sheet template?
No, You don’t have to give access to me. But when you will start using it you will have to give access to gmail.com to access the script I have added for calculation.
Can I change /rename the name of the worksheet?
No, we don’t recommend changing any name of the worksheet because it has been used in script.
Will I get a user guide after purchase?
Yes you will get a proper detailed user guide about how to install, and how to start working.
Can I print it on a letterhead?
Yes you can print on letterhead or in our template you can add your company name or logo.
Can I download and send in a pdf?
Yes you can convert an invoice into a pdf and send it to your customer via your mail.
Do I need excel knowledge, if yes then basic or advanced?
Yes basic excel knowledge you need to have to use it. If you don’t have one then also.
What do I get in the Inventory section?
In Inventory section you can add your product name, supplier name, initial price and GST Slab
Does Invoice number generate automatically and gst calculate automatically?
Yes Invoice number generated automatically as per your prefix in settings tab and also GST calculate automatic as per your slab in inventory.
