NGO Member Subscription Donation Terms and Conditions

By submitting a payment for the membership subscription donation, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Your membership is subject to acceptance by the NGO.

2.1 The member agrees to make the specified donation payment for the selected membership level.
2.2 All payments are final and non-refundable.

3. Membership Duration:
3.1 The membership subscription donation is valid for the duration specified during the donation process.
3.2 The membership will automatically renew unless the member cancels prior to the renewal date.

4. Membership Benefits:
4.1 The member is entitled to the benefits associated with the selected membership level.
4.2 The NGO reserves the right to modify or change the benefits at any time, with notice to the members.

5. Use of Funds:
5.1 The member acknowledges that the donation will be used by the NGO to support its charitable activities and programs.
5.2 The NGO will make reasonable efforts to allocate funds in accordance with the member's preferences, but ultimate discretion lies with the NGO.

6. Member Responsibilities:
6.1 Members agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the subscription process.
6.2 Members shall not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation or mission of the NGO.

7. Termination:
7.1 The NGO reserves the right to terminate a membership at its discretion for any reason, including a breach of these terms.
7.2 In the event of termination, the NGO is not obligated to refund any portion of the donation.
