Security Deposit: Training and Company Assets
Thank you for your interest in our remote placement program! This program is designed to equip you with the skills and experience necessary for a successful career in your chosen field. To ensure commitment and maintain the quality of our program, we require a security deposit at the time of enrollment.
Purpose of the Security Deposit
This security deposit serves two primary functions:
- Commitment: It demonstrates your dedication to completing the training program and adhering to our professional standards.
- Asset Protection: Upon successful completion of the training program and acceptance of remote employment, this deposit transitions into a refundable security deposit for the company assets provided to you for remote work.
Transition to Asset Security Deposit
Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be offered a remote employment. As part of this employment, the company will provide you with essential work assets as per company policy:
- Monitor
- CPU
- Keyboard
- Mouse
- Headset
- Webcam
Your initial security deposit will then be reclassified as a security deposit for these assets. This deposit is fully refundable upon the return of all assets in good condition at the time of your resignation or termination.
Deposit Validity and Refund Policy
- The security deposit remains valid throughout the entire duration of the training program.
- Refundable Scenarios:
- You successfully complete the training program with a performance of 75% or above and accept the remote work agreement.
- You resign or are terminated,and you return all company assets in good working condition.
- Non-Refundable Scenarios:
- You leave the pre-job training program before the end date.
- After completing the training program, you decline the offer of remote employment.
- You are terminated due to unethical practices, misbehavior, or insubordination.
- You fail to return all assets in good condition at the time of your resignation or termination.
